Here at BlueGrass.net we know this is a problem. If you are not getting your voice mails via email you need to check just a few things.

First check your trash can a lot of people unknowingly set a rule to delete these emails.

The possible 2nd problem is a lot of email clients such as (Outlook, Outlook Express, and Thunderbird) all have options to remove emails that have .wav. These are standard files that Microsoft uses and many other companies. If this is the case you will have to stop this setting from running.

Third possible problem is voice mail was not setup on the phone. So make sure this is setup if not click on the number one. [1]
